Brazil Terminal Portuário (BTP), a company located at the Port of Santos and considered one of the largest container terminals in South America, carried out the delivery of 600 chocolates, including Easter eggs and chocolate boxes, to the Fundo Social de Solidariedade de Santos on March 27th. This is the largest chocolate donation from the container terminal for an Easter campaign in the last five years.

The donation is the result of a solidarity action promoted by BTP with its employees, aimed at encouraging the engagement of the company’s professionals in social actions. Half of the amount donated to the Fundo Social de Solidariedade de Santos was the result of voluntary contributions from employees, and the Company matched the total amount raised.

“We promote solidarity actions at BTP throughout the year, it’s already part of our essence. Many people came together to achieve this result this year and we hope that this solidarity network gains even more strength each year,” adds BTP’s Commercial & Marketing Director, Claudio Oliveira.

On the same date, BTP also delivered an additional 107 items to the Fundo Social de Solidariedade de Santos, including clothing, accessories, and bedding donated by BTP employees in fixed donation boxes, the ‘Caixas do Bem BTP’, located within the container terminal and receiving donations throughout the year.
