Santos, June 10th, 2024 – Applications are now open for the Jovens Talentos BTP program, the internship program of Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP), the largest container terminal in South America. Interested candidates must apply by June 20th through the website www.btp.com.br/estagio

To participate, it is necessary, among other requirements, to be a university student with expected graduation between December 2025 and December 2026 and to be available to work in Santos. In this edition, opportunities are offered to students who are duly enrolled and pursuing careers in: Administration, Foreign Trade, Accounting, Graphic Design, Economics, Engineering, Port Management, Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations.

Candidates will be evaluated in a selection process consisting of resume review, online tests, interviews, and a panel. The start of activities for the new interns is scheduled for August 2024.

Benefits – The company offers to the approved candidates in the Jovens Talentos BTP program a competitive benefits package and educational incentives such as free English courses and access to the Corporate University, an online platform with over 400 courses.

Interns also receive mentoring from BTP professionals to develop and present an innovation and process improvement project to the company’s leadership during the internship period.

Existing for 10 years, the Jovens Talentos BTP program has already contributed to the professional development of more than 150 students, with approximately 38% of these young people being hired to work at the container terminal after the internship period.
