Verificamos que várias transportadoras que realizam a retirada dos contêineres destinados aos outros Recintos Alfandegados agendaram a retirada das unidades e não compareceram no horário previsto (constatamos acima de 30% de não comparecimento), acarretando prejuízo às outras transportadoras e gerando ineficiência no sistema de agendamento.
Em virtude disso, no dia 22/10, realizamos uma reunião na sede da ABTRA para discutirmos este assunto e solicitando a colaboração de todos. Cabe informar que esta prática continua e a BTP, no interesse dos usuários do terminal que cumprem rigorosamente as suas obrigações, estará cobrando das transportadoras pelas janelas não utilizadas.Dear Sirs,
We found out that several carriers who perform the removal of containers, destined to other customs enclosures, scheduled the withdrawal of the units and did not appear on the scheduled time (found above 30% of non-attendance), causing loss to other carriers and inefficiency in the scheduling system.
As a result, on 22/10 we held a meeting at the headquarters of ABTRA to discuss this matter and request the cooperation of all.
