Last 19th, the Port of Santos recovered the maximum limit of 13.2 meters for operational draft in Trecho 1 of the navigation channel that links Barra to the Entreposto de Pesca [Fishing Warehouse]. Accordingly, on days with high tides, vessels with drafts of up to 14.2 meters (maximum depth the vessel can achieve) are authorized in Santos’ complex until the area ofBrasil Terminal Portuário (BTP).

On June 30th, port and sea authorities restricted navigation to vessels with drafts of up to 12.3 meters. Since then, the Port had been subject to operational limitations.
