BTP's program Jovens Talentos is accepting applications until January 9.
Santos, January 5, 2026 – Applications are open for Jovens Talentos BTP, the internship program run by Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP), one of the largest container terminals in Latin America and a reference in port operations in the Port of Santos. All students interested should apply by January 9 in the company's website.
To participate, students must, among other requirements, be a university student due to graduate between December 2026 and December 2028 and be available to work in Santos. In this edition, opportunities are offered to students who are duly enrolled and seeking careers in 11 professional areas.
Candidates will take part in a selection process consisting of resume analysis, online tests, interviews and group dynamics. The new interns are expected to begin their activities in February 2026.
For BTP's Human Resources manager, Claudio Luna Scalise, the company's internship program stands out for its consistent and genuine work to train professionals for the port sector. “The Jovens Talentos BTP has been offering a robust structure for the development of new professionals by identifying and enhancing the diversity of skills of these talents,” he says. More than 200 students have already participated in the initiative.
In existence for over a decade, the Jovens Talentos BTP program has already been chosen three times as one of the best internship programs in Brazil by the Centro de Integração Empresa-Escola (CIEE). Currently, a group of 38 interns work at the container terminal.
Benefits - In addition to experience in the port sector, the company offers those approved for the Jovens Talentos BTP program a grant assistance, a competitive benefits package and educational incentives such as a free English course and access to the Corporate University, an online platform with more than 400 courses. The interns also receive mentoring from BTP professionals so that, during their internship, they can develop and present an innovation and process improvement project to the company's leadership.
