BTP selects municipal social projects for funding
Selected initiatives will receive support from one of the largest container terminals in Latin America in this year.
Santos, February 5, 2026 – Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP), one of the largest container terminals in Latin America and a reference in port operations at the Port of Santos, is accepting applications for the selection of municipal projects approved under tax incentive laws. Applications will be included in BTP's Municipal Incentive Project Database and must be submitted by February 28 via the company's website at: https://www.btp.com.br/pt/social
The company's goal is to support social projects that are based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and that strengthen sports and culture in the region. All private non-profit organizations that are duly registered and have projects approved under the PROMICULT and PROMIFAE Santos municipal tax incentive laws, as outlined in the public notice, are eligible to apply to BTP's Municipal Incentive Project Bank.
The proposals submitted will be analyzed according to various criteria and must be approved by BTP's Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Approved initiatives will receive sponsorship from BTP in 2026.
